Facebook Messenger Groups Chatbots to be available after F8 conference

The Facebook owned-Messenger will bring the Chatbots as soon on Messenger groups. According to the report of TechCrunch, the new chatbots will provide news tickers to updating the members of the group those who all on out from that information. This new chatbot won’t be trying to make the chat with the users.

However, the bots like sports bots, e-commerce bots, and news bots are available now. So, the people of a group can use these to convey new information about the concerned fields. If you’re part of a group of stock traders, for example, you might use a Messenger bot that keeps you up-to-date on financial news.

However, this Messenger Chatbot ensures that all the members of the group are updated on some field. Before now, chatbots were restricted to those users who searched specifically for them. Now one participant can add them to a thread, though it’s not yet clear how they can find the bots in the first place.

Also, the Facebook is opening its API to let everyone build their own bots. By using this, we could have our own bot assistant just for our Messenger group.
