A new episode of Shiv Shakti aired on Colors on August 8, 2025, featuring divine beings gathering for a meal served by Shiva and Parvati. The episode showcases themes of family, service, and devotion, all central to the celebration. The gathering becomes a moment of joyous connection, food, and some light-hearted tension among the gods.
The Divine Feast
In this episode, Lord Ganesh, Kartikeya, and other deities come together for a meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting as Martand, who represents Shiva, and Mhalsa, standing in for Parvati, serve food with love. Devraj Indra arrives and chooses to wait for his meal. He engages in polite talk with Pradhan, asking him about the event.
As the feast begins, Ganesh expresses his feelings of joy and fulfillment, while Kartikeya celebrates the unity shown in service. The sight of his gathered family touches Martand’s heart. Mhalsa humbly asks everyone to forgive any mistakes, while Martand encourages all to enjoy their meal.
The air fills with chants of “Har Har Mahadev,” signifying deep devotion among the divine beings.
Ganesh’s Hunger
After the meal, everyone gets up to leave except for Ganesh. He remains seated, looking at his empty plate. As Narad playfully nudges him to stand, Ganesh affectionately calls Martand his “Father.” Martand brushes it off, but Ganesh insists he is still hungry.
- Mhalsa kindly tells Ganesh he can eat more.
- Lakshmi jokes to Narayan that Ganesh will keep eating until he is fully satisfied.
- Narad humorously warns about possible grain shortages in Jejuri.
Ganesh cheerfully asks for more food, teasing Martand that he should have thought of the others before inviting him. Meanwhile, Devraj Indra looks on with frustration as he feels ignored. Ganesh continues to eat plate after plate, much to the surprise of the hosts.
Tensions Rise
While Ganesh eats joyfully, Martand tries to put a stop to it, reminding Ganesh to think of the other guests. However, Ganesh argues that his mother taught him never to restrict anyone’s hunger. Mhalsa, with her endless compassion, insists that the satisfaction of their guest is most important.
She then presents Ganesh with a special treat, a bowl of kheer, asking if it contains the love of his mother. After tasting it, Ganesh finally feels fulfilled. He takes blessings from Mhalsa, stirring emotions within her, and then from Martand.
However, Devraj Indra is furious. Feeling overlooked, he throws his plate down and demands to be served by those who prepared the meal. This sets up a moment of rising tension among the divine assembly.
In the upcoming scenes, Mhalsa decides to leave Jejuri following the disrespect shown to food, and Martand vows to accompany her, demonstrating unity and support.
